After 14+ years in Seattle\u2019s tech industry, working at companies like Microsoft and Boeing , I found ourselves yearning for something more personal\u2014a cozy space to unwind after work, grab a late-night bite, and sip on something that felt like home.<\/p>

So, I took a leap and left my job at Microsoft to build Chai Sutra.<\/p>

Born from a deep love for Indian chai culture and a hunger for flavorful, quick bites, Chai Sutra is our dream to bring a taste of India to Seattle. It\u2019s more than just a caf\u00e9\u2014it\u2019s a modern-day baithak. A place where conversations flow, flavors burst, and community thrives.<\/p>
